Problem

This client (a PM at a pharmaceutical company) needed help figuring out 'if his idea was a good idea, and how it should function'. 

Solution

During a one month project we conducted field studies, contextual inquiries, particitapory / co- design, created wireframes and delivered a proof of concept.   

Impact

The best impact I ever made: they decided to not build the product. 

It was a great idea, and it would improve the involved clients greatly. Though there are only 50 users (in sweden) and the minimal solution would be 💰.
